More Specifically You Will:
- Create strategies and manage relationships of learning community members, stakeholders to acquire community members and cultivate loyalty
- Initiate and publish activities, events to strengthen Vidio brand’s reputation and achieve company goals
- Develop and execute editorial content plan in all digital marketing channels, such as website, social media (instagram, linkedin, youtube) to acquire potential leads and sales
- Monitor, report and response on any feedback and online reviews
- Lead, monitor, mentor Marketing & Community Team to ensure collective and individual targets are well on track
- Liaise with operation team and management to stay updated on new products and features also to ensure brand consistency
- Track, measure and analyze overall media performance, market insight, budget usage for continuous improvement
- At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience as Community/Digital Marketing/Growth Marketing Lead or similar positions. Experience in reputable digital agencies is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in managing and executing campaigns/activities that successfully increased customer engagement/loyalty
- Highly skilled in digital, social media marketing strategies with strong copywriting skill
- Digital savvy, with growth mindset to continuously learn about Data, IT, and Future of Work
- Data-driven, able to track and output effective strategies based on data analysis and market insights
- Love engaging with people, creative thinker and have an outgoing personality
- Interested in Sports like Football, Basketball, or etc.
