Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  3. Communicating with customers through various channels.
  4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Requirements :
1. Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
2. Have big interest in Sports, especially in Football
3. Detail oriented
4. Able to act quickly when a problem arises (refer to SOP)
5. Good teamwork skills (communication, listening, reliability)
6. Available to work in night shift
7. Available to have 6 months internship period
