- Prompt negative review writers to email more information about their experience and contact information to customer feedback.
- Reply to complaints and customer feedback on social media.
- Track weekly number of reviews received on each main platform.
- Has 1 year experience and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor Degree (S1) students from reputable universities majoring Marketing Communication, Journalism or other related discipline with GPA >=3.0
- Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills.
- Has excellent organization and people skills and the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work well independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
