Community and Partnership Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with new external communities and maintain existing partner-based community
  • Develop Community Program and Event through offline and online channels
  • Develop Promotion assets related to community program
  • Plan, execute and review all community related program
  • Create product-related contents to be shared periodically
  • Manage & Maintain Community through BBM chat group, community BBM channel and other communication channels
  • Coordination to related division in order to execute community activities (ie. Finance, IT, Creative, Product, etc.)
  • Maintain Marketing & Production inventory related to community needs
  • Periodic Reporting on executed and reviewed activities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates must at least possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • At least 3 years experience of working experience in related field
  • Good communication skills & excellent in MS Office & Google products (sheet, slide, docs)
  • Required English: Oral & Written
  • Basic skills in content writing and data operations is a plus
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinator specialized in Business Development / Marketing or equivalent
